The Puntland leader, Col Abdullahi Yusuf, has appointed new officials in his administration. In a circular Col Abdullahi Yusuf named some new ministers, several assistant ministers and senior officials in his administration [no details given].

Col Abdullahi Yusuf further said he had decided to appoint the new officials after taking into consideration the need to fill existing vacancies in his administration as well as to fulfil his constitutional duty to ensure that the Puntland people are served efficiently and effectively.
