Reliable reports from important sources say the former South African president, Nelson Mandela, will soon visit Libya and hold
talks with Libyan leader Col Mu'ammar al-Qadhafi.
The talks will centre on how to achieve a lasting peace in Somalia and
the Djibouti peace initiative on Somalia.
Reports say the UN has asked Mandela to
persuade Col Qadhafi to support the Djibouti-brokered Somali national reconciliation
conference and stop organizing a parallel peace meeting in his country...
