Somali civil has spilled over on to the BBC corridors

'The duo that collude on doing injustice, would fight over what is just'

Somalis take the war of words to the BBC corridors A Somali proverb puts in, 'If justice is concealed and denied by the mouth, rib bones burst open and leak it. The stage is set for the leak. 'This section of the BBC has been biased, be its recruitment policy, Somali news coverage, and worst of, negative reporting or intentional news blackout on certain parts of Somalia till BBC was likened to be the mouthpiece of certain Somali clans. This has undermined BBC credibility in the eyes of its Somali listeners. Now justice leaked through the rib bones. The section's Somali staff is washing its linen in the public and discloses the monkey business going on in that section. Typical of the Somali wisdom that says, 'The duo that collude on doing injustice, would fight over what is just', there is a fight over the booty. This is exactly what is happening now. The BBC staff that had collaborated in hijacking the reporting ethics is now pointing accusing fingers at each other as shown by the attached accusations. Somali civil has spilled over on to the BBC corridors. This is a clear manifestation of the malpractices in that Section. It is high time that BBC staff looks into this serious matter, correct the situation, and restore the BBC credibility among its Somali leaders abdirahmanow@yahoo.com
