PRESS
RELEASE
DJIBOUTI
LEADERSHIP CONTINUES TO DESTABILIZE PUNTLAND STATE.
The
leadership of Djibouti has set destabilization of Puntland State as
priority in its foreign policy objectives. Djibouti has been engaged
in dismemberment of Puntland State into separate regions coming under
the non-existent Arta Faction, using exile dissident elements of
Puntland State in Djibouti and overseas. For this purpose, it has been
busy raising funds from Middle Eastern Arab States, religious
extremists in Somalia and beyond and Djibouti business interest groups
whose sole intention was to exploit Somalia as Djibouti becomes
economically and morally bankrupt and unsustainable as a viable
entity.
In
its latest desperate attempt to prevent the certain and conclusive end
of the Djibouti-made TNG whose limited area of influence in Mogadishu,
The Ramadan Hotel, was seized by the forces of Muse Sudi Yalaxoow
recently, has embarked upon a unique and strange kind of Somali
national reconciliation:
A PRE-ARRANGED SIGNING CEREMONY BETWEEN TWO PERSONALITIES OF
THE ARTA FACTION, HASSAN ABSHIR FARAH AND JAMA ALI JAMA FOR PUBLICITY
STUNT, DECLARING PUNTLAND STATE OF SOMALIA AS NON-EXISTANT ENTITY
OUTSIDE THE DREAM WORLD OF DJIBOUTI TNG. In this new show of Arta Two
entertained in Djibouti Sheraton a few days ago, the host-sponsor
intends to sabotage the forthcoming Somali Reconciliation Conference
now being organized and sponsored by the IGAD Frontline States,
Djibouti included.
The
outcome of Arta (Djibouti) did not work because it was imposed upon
the Somali people. Any ceremonies and shows of ill-intention held in
Djibouti will not work and will be a further dis-service to the people
of Somalia.
Djibouti
leadership therefore is better advised once again and over again to
refrain from such futile exercises of using blackmail, corruption,
traitors and interest groups of both countries with the intention to
advance Djibouti’s narrow selfish economic interests and the
enrichment of only a few individuals there.

H. Warsame, Chief of Cabinet
